It has been a busy start to the new year. We applied for 5 building permits in January 2020! More projects are in the construction drawing phase and several are in the design phase. We appreciate your patience as we handle each project with care and attention.

“I often suggest the owner’s talk about lighting once the framing is up, as then they can stand in the space. Often they will comment, ‘Oh, there could be a sconce up on that part of the wall…’ whereas they could not imagine this by looking at the plans.”
