New Clients

As of July 2022, Teresa Todd is RETIRED and not accepting new projects. I am, however completing current projects and those in the queue.

Fees

Because of the diversity of projects and due to her own work ethics, architectural services are billed on an hourly rate. The rate is currently $200/hour and covers everything from meetings, travel, design, drafting, and office time. After an initial meeting to discuss your project, Teresa will provide an estimate of architectural fees for the work.
