Contemporary Addition/Renovation

Adding a new second floor and converting the existing one car garage to additional interior space added a lot of square footage to this small ranch in West Annapolis. New roof lines, updated materials, windows, and the covered front porch and carport totally changed the style and look. Inside walls were removed between the main living spaces, and the previous front bedroom becomes a large TV room. The sun room is elevated to the main floor level with a higher ceiling and polished concrete floor. Sunlight now pours into the house and transitions to the outside are easy.
